Carlos brings over 25 years of experience in executive search. Since the early days of digital transformation, he has been supporting companies across the DACH region in navigating technological change and driving strategic growth. His focus lies on digital market leaders and leading companies in the fields of e-commerce, digital marketing, online advertising, and technology.
Originally from Portugal, Carlos is fluent in German, English, Portuguese, and French. His internationally shaped background enables him to understand different perspectives and the agility to manage a broad spectrum of challenges and requirements.
Caroline Hudson is a Partner at Renovata where she leads the Financial Officers practice across the UK and Europe. Caroline has extensive search experience having supported CFO succession for private and public organizations. Caroline has also supported a range of financial sponsors and their portfolio companies to appoint board level finance professionals, working across a range of sectors and functions including Tax, Treasury, Audit and Transformation.
Chris Preston is the CEO of Zeren and Renoir, responsible for setting the company’s strategy and developing the global team. Harry Lewis is Zeren’s UK Managing Director and leads all permanent recruitment divisions across our UK business. Harry joined Zeren as its fourth employee, originally launching and growing our sales business and focusing on GTM functions for businesses across Venture Capital, Growth and Private Equity. Earlier in his career, Harry founded two tech start-ups, securing funding with a UK-wide presence.

Before joining Renovata, Jasmine spent four years at a boutique executive search firm as an EA and Project Coordinator, building strong operational foundations in a demanding search environment. Julia Barber is Director of Events and Partnerships across the Renovata group, supporting the origination of executive and interim mandates, building ecosystem partnerships, and leading Renovata’s Events Programme, bringing together c.1,000 investors and C-suite leaders.
A partner and exited co-founder of Cornell Search, Julia brings over 20 years of experience spanning executive search, in-house talent, and ecosystem development. She has operated across the full talent spectrum, from C-suite hiring and RPO to early careers, bringing a breadth of perspective that informs her approach to senior business development and relationship-building.
Leif brings eight years of experience in executive search, supporting companies in filling critical leadership and key positions.
